Christine Falcone has been with Phoenix since its inception. She has over 35 years of experience in the bank equipment and construction industry with an original concentration in accounting and management. Today, Christine is involved in every aspect of the business. She attended Montclair State University and has over 20 years combined as a certified BLS first responder and a CPR/AED and first aid instructor for both the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). She also has experience as a HIPAA and OSHA compliance instructor.

Anthony Falcone “JR” Started Phoenix Diversified Group, Inc. in 2002 with a vision to create a full spectrum of services in the financial institution market. To date these services have grown to include all facets of construction, facilities maintenance, bank equipment specialties, and a complete field service division. Anthony has over 45 years of experience in construction and bank equipment and is an expert in the field. Today he is responsible for developing business and customer relations. He studied at Essex County College in the construction engineering technology program and is an avid hiker, having climbed all 115 Northeast Mountain peaks over 4000 feet.

Kimberly Rego joined Phoenix in 2021 as Finance Manager and quickly moved into the role of Controller.  With a BA in Accounting, over 30 years’ experience in all areas of accounting/finance, and her strong leadership skills, she has an increasingly positive impact throughout the company with her “role up her sleeves and dig in” attitude. Kimberly has also taken a lead role in implementing a new company finance system. She continues to be an asset to the company with her continued involvement in every area of the business.

James Perrier joined Phoenix in 2020 and brings over 25 years of construction experience to the team. He has spent the last 14 years on the construction side of projects working with financial institutions. James has managed many financial center renovations, facilities maintenance projects and emergency service calls. He is a graduate of SUNY Delhi and is an avid woodworker. He also has over 27 years combined as a certified BLS first responder, firefighter and a CPR/AED and first aid instructor and is a member of his town’s Office of Emergency Management.

Dina Falcone has been with Phoenix Diversified Group, Inc since its inception. She has over 25 years of experience in the bank equipment industry and is responsible for the Bank Equipment and Field Service Department. Dina developed the models and standards for the field service department and has trained her team to be leaders in all levels of Customer Service. She attended County College of Morris and William Paterson University studying English and Education. She is an avid animal advocate and excels in the culinary arts.
